EIGHT WEEKS PRIOR TO THE EVENT
Event Set-Up Phase

  • Clean, dedup, & refresh the store’s client database
  • Reassign “Orphaned Customers” to an existing sales team member
  • Import the clean database into Exsellerate's Client Reservation App (CRA)

 

SIX WEEKS PRIOR TO EVENT
On-sight Two Hour Skills Development Seminar

  •     Seminar topics include:
    • Getting people to YES to an appointment time
      • Developing a Script Guaranteed to Get Their Attention
      • Creating Value in the Event
    • Maximizing Event Day Sales
    • Training on the easy to use Client Reservation System
  • One Week of Call Simulations
    • Rehearsal Calls are made to the Exsellerate coaching team

 

FIVE WEEKS PRIOR TO EVENT

Customer Contact & Appointment Setting

  • Set Event Appointments
  • Re-ignite relationships through personal touches
  • Update the Store Client Database
  • Daily accountability reports on individual and store performance
  • Weekly accountability/assessment web & tele-conferences with management personnel
  • Remediation and reinforcement of skills where needed

 

EVENT DAY
Have Fun & Drive Sales

  • Increase average ticket utilizing new wardrobing skills
  • Generate record sales

 

POST EVENT DEBRIEF

  • Review Course Results
  • Review Key Succes Metrics
  • Provide export of customer database updates
  • Discuss next steps
 

The Cost

It's simple: If It Doesn't Work, You Don't Pay*

Set-up and Workshop Fee: $3,000.00 (Plus Travel)

Event Fee: 4% of Net Sales

The fee is commissioned based for two reasons:

  1. You only pay for pure performance
  2. It is within the recommended 4% to 10% Cost of Sales for advertising
  3. It motivates us!!

*Our Guarantee: If your team follows the system and the event fails to achieve a minimum 3% of annual sales, the event fee is waived.
